Prices are subject to change, from time to time, in response to changes in the currency exchange rates, and other commercial causes. All worldwide purchases will incur carriage costs and any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. If your credit/debit card is not denominated in US Dollars, the final price will be calculated according to the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. We will commence manufacturing a custom made product only after our Bank confirms the payment made by you. We will ship a product only after our Bank confirms the payment made by you.
If an error in the pricing were to occur, it is not attempt to harm any customer illegally and is never our intention to do so. In such an event we will try to rectify such error as fast as possible. When an order for the purchase of items is requested in the Online Store, it does not amount to a binding agreement legally. It is only when an order is shipped, that a binding contract has been entered into.

RETURN POLICY

Products purchased in the Online Store are accepted if returned in saleable condition within 14 days. If the product purchased is a gem stone or is a product not custom made for your specifications, the full payment received by us from you shall be refunded or exchanged.
In the event a product custom made for your specification, that is jewellery, is returned, we will retain 20% of the payment made by you for such custom made product and refund only 80% of the payment paid by you.
You will incur delivery charges for returns. Jewelsapphire offers free shipping for purchases exceeding US Dollars 2500. For purchases less than US Dollars 2500, you will incur a delivery charge of US Dollars 25 which is subject to change. If the period of return has exceeded, returns requested by you will be granted at our discretion.

INDEMNITY AND VIOLATIONS

If the use of this Site is in violation of the Terms and Conditions your permission to use this Site may be terminated or suspended. With regards to the content submitted by you, you consent to indemnify Jewelsapphire and its associates and any other representative in connection to such associates from and against any and all third party claims, demands and liabilities arising as a result of your violation of the Terms and Conditions.
