Bank must confirm the payment made by you. We ship Worldwide, Excludes: African countries and Portugal. We guarantee safe delivery for our International buyers who have to pay $25..00 for shipping (Export). Realizing the expensive nature of the Gems, we ship all our merchandise from Sri Lanka by EMS Air Mail. All items are insured for full value and direct shipping from Sri Lanka takes 6 to 12 days. We process all your orders within 1 business day of receiving or confirming the payment. We can usually accommodate special requests for fast shipping services that is available for a charge.

15 Day Return policy

You will have the convenience of reviewing your purchased gems for 15 days from the date of receiving your purchase. We accept returns for refund or exchange in the time stated above on all our items. If you find that we have incorrectly advertised an item that you purchased we will issue a full 100% refund. If for any other reasons you are not satisfied with our product you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Refund or exchange will be offered within 3 days of receipt of item as long as it is returned in the condition sent. Shipping, handling and insurance is non-refundable.
